Ebony misses him. Her mother misses him more. It's a depression that grips Ebony's heart and she wishes she could just join her father in Heaven. She knows that the only thing keeping her here is her lover, Michelle, and her already torn apart mother, but it seems that she may have another reason to live. A ghostly form or a hallucination follows her through her sorrows, and it seems that the dead are never as far away as they seem.
