Fiona was used to thinking five steps ahead, to anticipate moves and counter moves. Hell, she was happy to admit she was good at it too. It had become almost secondary nature to her, whether it was used for taking a little bit of cash out of some poor sucker's back pocket or dodging bandits in pursuit of the ever-elusive Alien Vault.

Except there was no way to think five steps ahead in this kind of situation. She had dealt with more than her fair share of surprises on Pandora, but nothing could really prep you for trying to claim the riches of a Vault only to find yourself face-down in the dirt as soon as you opened the first damn box.All Rights Reserved

I'm eager to have him, right now, but my mind is in complete denial. No. No. You can't. You know what will happen if you do. You cannot risk it. "Well it is now." I manage to say, stepping out of his stiff embrace desperate for him to leave as my level of patience decreases and my heart rate increases. However, I am once again pulled back, this time hitting my back against the wall roughly as he glares at me, clearly frustrated. "This conversation is not over until I say it is." his voice is more stern and demanding. The fear in my eyes in unhidable. Sure I was a hunter, but never did I ever meet a more intimidating warewolf like him. I see the signs of his wolf wanting to take over, but I don't let it happen. "What do you want from me Alex?" I resopond, deciding to give him a chance at telling me exactly what he wants, even though I knew what his answer was going to be. He leans in closer but knowing the consequences one little mistake can create I put my head down, facing my purple carpeted floor, only to have him bring my chin up with his fingers whilst he looks straight into my coffee- brown eyes. "You know what I want Christie" he starts "I want you." His words hit me as hard as a rock knowing I couldn't give him what he desired, what I desired. Our breaths were mixing as I struggled for an answer. But I didn't have to wait long before he responded to his own question with an action. After the Hyperion corporate cut ties with the holographic Handsome Jack and brought down Helios and the con artist and he discovered who was the mysterious man who kidnapped them, which was their trusted robot who wanted nothing but the truth of Gortys' fate, they and their team of vault hunters destroyed the monster of the vault, everything was cheerful after the sister who sacrificed herself was healed by her mentor. Two robots were reunited and after some discussions between our heroes, it was okay for the Hyperion corporate to be with the con artist's sister. Once the two heroes entered the vault they opened it together and after a flash of light was displayed, they vanished And so now it is where we continue our story on a new planet that has never been heard of since hundreds of thousand of years ago and nearly forgotten by people.

Call it what you will, it's all the same, all has the same life breaking, mind shattering consequences - be it for the victim or the bystander. It had shaped Alex in a way no one should be. The only small, minute, really unimportant detail - it's pretty hard to get into a government classified site when you're 15 years old and have a rag-tag team of double-crossing back-stabbers behind you.
