Axe spent her whole life onto working with W|C|KD and her Mom Ava Paige, the chancellor. She never chose this life, where she could see innocent people's lives be taken away from them. They didn't deserve that and so she thought she's lucky to live this long. But then realized not long enough until she knew all along she was just a part of their subjects and she needs to be tested. Defenseless, W|C|K|D sent her to the maze. And the thing is she didn't come through a box but directly inside, they even separated her from the others and made them her own shelter. Axe was an outstanding candidate, the virus reacted differently inside her then this developed powers. W|C|K|D was stunned with the outrageous results so they made sure to not go easy on her.
