This is if the hunger games was a school where every year in the middle of school they would have a Camp out of twenty four kids to fight over food with fake weapons. Katniss is the new kid. Who she would hang out with and most importantly, date.

The 136th Hunger Games
When Kira Blackwood's name is reaped, she knows she's screwed. How is she supposed to survive in a fight to death with twenty-three other tributes, all of whom want to get out alive as much as she does? Not to mention, the thought of killing somebody twists her stomach into all sorts of unnatural shapes. Despite secretly training for the Games in the cow pastures surrounding her home, and being pretty handy with a knife, Kira's kind heart may be the thing that holds her back the most. However, as she navigates through the opulent world of the Capitol, and then the arena itself, Kira starts to realize that maybe, just maybe, it's not the dead she should pity, but the Victor. After all, no one ever really wins the Hunger Games. Survives, sure. But wins? Never. ~~+~~ Please Note: This is set in a world where the 2nd Rebellion failed. All usurpers were executed (except those pesky star-crossed lovers, who knows where they ran off to), District 13 was destroyed for good (but District 12 was rebuilt, on the basis that the Capitol realized that it actually really needed coal), and the Hunger Games were reinstated. Disclaimer: I don't own any of the rights to the Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins, or to the Lionsgate adaptation of her books. (Obviously.) Little did she know that everyone now hates her. She's been living in a jail cell in the capitol and only eats once a week. Her life isn't very good. His family barely having food on the table most days, he wanted to be able to provide them with more for themselves in his absence. He wasn't sure how his parents would react if their second child was reaped, just as their first had been. Aren's sister had been reaped 10 years prior, for the 58th games, and she didn't make it past the first 24 hours. He worried if his own name was drawn his fate would be similar.
