Merlin
A modern day AU where Arthur is a doctor and a fellow named Merlin is his patient, who also turns out to have terminal cancer. Arthur finds out that he has little friends, and is determined to help him have good days before he dies--until he finds himself wishing for his new friend to be more than a friend. Note - I'm not that knowledgeable on what Doctor's do for their patients so some facts are probably wrong. Oh, and I apologize if Chapter's one and two and a bit more boring than the other four. Enjoy the story!

TW: Attempted suicide ! CAUTION: MAY CONTAIN SERIOUS FEELS ! This is a Merthur fanfic. For those who don't ship, don't read. Out of the corner of his eye, the warlock saw a dark figure approaching his King, sword drawn. Arthur's Bane. But Merlin could not release his attention from the powerful magic that he was wreaking on Morgana's army, and could only watch hopelessly as the man he loved and the druid boy fell. DISCLAIMER: I do not own Merlin, its characters, or some of the dialogue used in the first several chapters, however the writing is all mine.
