Where Animals Roam

In an alternate universe a strange disorder has broken out, and some people have grown strange animal parts on their bodies. Years have past since then and the population between humans and humanimals are about 50/50. However due to the amazing capabilities humanimals have, many people have started inhumane experiments on both them and regular humans. Because of this the world government has created a secret organization known as the "H.P.O," or Humane Protection Organization. This organization flush out not only illegal experimentation groups but also slave trade leaders, and arrest them while freeing the victims. The main character used to be a victim of illegal experimentation at a young age, but was rescued by the"H.P.O." and has join them. He has become one of their top members at only 15. He is a black rabbit humanimal, and due to the experiments he has been given he has surreal abilities and powers that help the "H.P.O." capture the most dangerous criminal ringleaders. But due to a rapid increase in experiments and slave trade in Asia, he has been transferred in Japan, but to keep him under cover the government has found his biological family. Now he has to juggle between his government duty, and to keep it a secret in his new life. How long will it be before the two will collide in the worst way possible?
