Whatever This Is

I saw the end before the story even started.

Jade never liked Ely and she planned on avoiding him for the rest of her life. She plans on doing everything on her own and promises herself not to rely on anyone but her plans are destroyed by Ely himself. And for some reason, he just won't give up on her no matter how many times she puts him down.
But for a few moments out of her busy and dull life, only a few, she let's go of her plans for the future to think of the present. And all the things she learns about Ely.
The good things about him.
And the bad.
Together they learn about the cruel world and the things they could do to better it. And better their relationship.
It's tough. But it works.
