Would you give up everything you've ever loved for a world that never even knew your name? Be an unnoticed hero, almost nonexistent...

Rogue 33 is a powerful Deviant devoted to the military, the government, and the nation of Valburn. Confident that every aspect of her life has been defined for a purpose, she knows exactly who and what she is fighting for. Things are all so clear to her.

Well, at least they used to be.

When she unravels a world of arcane secrets behind the ruling of the Monarchs, her life is plunged into a fear of the unknown. Nothing is what it seems. Rogue starts to question everything around her. She realises that she is merely a pawn in a very dangerous game.

As she struggles to discover how much she's really worth, Rogue confronts the question of how much she is willing to sacrifice. It's a pivotal moment. One world is dying and another is struggling yet to be born.

With war, rebellion, and forbidden love wrenched into her life, it may be natural for Rogue to begin denying that her hope for the demolition of a twisted society really exists. But Rogue has made it her goal to start a new age--one of concord and amity. But can she make the choice that will determine the future of all Valburn: to be selfish or to be selfless?

    An unnoticed hero, almost nonexistent...

{Book #2 of the Kohai Chronicles} Bennett is in hiding, buried in the cold wilderness outside Yelonder for his safety-but isolation is driving him mad. Separated from his clan, from the only stability he's ever known, he's left with nothing but his own thoughts and the company of Teanu, a young Kohani warrior who's more of an overgrown, well-meaning little brother than a guard. It doesn't help. He misses his nest. He misses them. But when the Dravokar uncover his hiding place, overpowering Teanu and tearing Bennett from the only creatures who have ever claimed him as their own, he realizes too late-Kohani is far more dangerous and unforgiving than he ever imagined from the safety of his little alcove in Yelonder. Terith

6 parts Complete

"If the Terithian people could be described as a small child or lonely lamb, then SWARM would be a hungry lion, lustfully licking its teeth." A small group of people journeyed from Earth to the planet Terith hoping for a more peaceful life. No one foresaw the divisions that would manifest between those who wanted to encourage growth and prosperity for all and those who wanted Terith only for personal gain. SWARM arose like a snake under a rock, devastating us in the course of a few hours. I was caught in the middle, determined to stop them from ruining the only home I've ever known. I knew I couldn't take the might of SWARM on my own, so I recruited my friends to help me. Given aid by them, along with the Varius, a special gift from my father, we were willing to do just about anything to end SWARM. But before I seem like a hero, it might be worth mentioning that this all started because of a girl - I was only human, after all. She was everything I didn't know I needed. I don't regret that it started this way, but I will forever regret what this fight cost me. She helped me realize that a good portion of the evil I was fighting...was hiding in my own heart.
