They Came From the Sky

"I stared the leaper right in the eye as I held the gun to his head.

"This is for Garret," I said before pulling the trigger. The leaper let out a shrill scream before falling limp in the arms of my allys, 2 of the 99 other fighters back at base camp.

"Stevens, you get the truck and take the supplies as they come, the rest of you, grab as much food as you possibly can and bring it back to the truck until it's full," I stared at faces of my allys. "And stay on guard, I don't want any of you dying," Everyone ran off to their posisions and we proceeded to raid the building, god knows what it used to be before everything happened, before the leapers (as we like to call them) came from the sky..."

Amelia Hyland used to be a fairly normal young girl, but from a very young age her father taught her how to fight, little did she know that when she was just 17 years old all of that hardcore training would keep her alive and safe as an unknown species invades earth. At the moment she is with a group of fighters and civillians, branched off of a larger group. Her father is second in command to general Lewis. So here is Amelia, stuck fighting off leapers for the rest of her life, which, could end quickly if the leapers get her. No one really knows much about the leapers, except they capture people and enslave them, they are much smarter than humans, and of course, they came from the sky...
