"I have little time to explain myself. I never wanted to kill anyone, I only wanted to save them, and they knew this. So, sitting in the hospital waiting room, while police officers monitor me, making sure I don't run--as if i could be so cowardly--I write this. This is the only time I can tell my story--on the preface of my first patient's medical chart. So before you see what I've done, you can understand why.

To the patients whom I treated: great people, you were. But I feel no remorse for what I've done. Hell, you were treated by one of the most renowned doctors here in the states. It was clear that all I wanted was to heal you all, and that's all I did, for as long as I could."
