"I have little time to explain myself. I never wanted to kill anyone, I only wanted to save them, and they knew this. So, sitting in the hospital waiting room, while police officers monitor me, making sure I don't run--as if i could be so cowardly--I write this. This is the only time I can tell my story--on the preface of my first patient's medical chart. So before you see what I've done, you can understand why.

And now he says you were never there for him, that you left him at times he needed you the most, that you were a bad friend, and he didn't need a person like you in his life. He made you out to be the bad guy... So if making you the bad guy makes him feel better, then so be it.
