It's a beautiful summer...the sun shines bright and everyone in Death City accepts their new Shinigami. The sky is blue, meisters and their weapons are fighting together and enjoying their time. That's what you...imagine. It's a cold, hard winter that uses  a warm  and enjoyable summer as a mask. Witches exploit Death City's peace. Plans are coming up. The new shinigami has to choose: will he start a war? If yes, will he be able to  cope with the consequences?
