Julia Ravensway has a problem. She owes "Upper City's Hero" her life. Technically.
In one of the few unpublished stories about "The White Bandit," it tells of a time he stopped a deadly car accident. Well, almost deadly. Julia was driving in early January and her car slid off of one of the only hill's cliff side edge in Welling Bridge. W.B. yanked her out of her car and flew her to safety before she hit the ground.
And now she wants to find him. She hates owing people, and she wants to settle this debt.
But, how do you find someone who wants to be hidden?
You use whatever resources you can find. Whether it be intellect or persuasion or beauty. And she has it all.
