Sarah and Her Tea Party (Short Story)

Tea, oh tea.
A very wonderful thing indeed.
Sit down,
pour some for yourself,
there's more than plenty for just me.

Sarah was very young,
a girl who only wanted to play,
when her parents warned her,
people wanted to take her away.

Why would anyone,
want to do that?
She asked of her mother,
who said not to fret.
For we'll lock the door,
throw away the key,
and on even numbers,
you can expect me.
Some people don't understand,
the way our family is,
they see something different,
and they throw a fit.

We'll keep you in your room.
Your toys will here.
We'll check on you often.
So have no fear.
