"I don't want the 'ace' in me to fade. I want to bring back the flame that pumps through my veins whenever I play volleyball. I can tell it's barely flickering right now, so I'm trying my best for it not to go out. Every opportunity I get to be able to play, I don't put it to waste. Man, what I would do to be able to play like I used to." It was the start of the end of Kazurai Sora's stay in Karasuno. Being a third-year would mean she has only one school year left to help the Boy's Volleyball Club train to be the best before she leaves for the 'real world,' also known as college. Trying her best to juggle her responsibilities as a working student, daughter of a single-parent, and manager of a club, this would surely take a toll on her health. Journey with her as she experiences frustrating all-nighters, creepy stalkers, heart-breaking losses, and many more. Raised in the underbelly of the sports world, Y/n played volleyball in cages, back alleys, and warehouses-where every serve was a weapon and every match could end in blood. She never had a childhood. Never had a team. Only orders. When she finally escapes, all she wants is a quiet life. A high school desk. A name instead of a number. She enrolls at Karasuno High, where no one knows her past. But shadows don't vanish. They follow. And the world she buried is clawing its way back into the light. To survive this time, she'll have to do more than fight.
