This week's creative writing homework was to write a piece titled 'The Servant'. I used the character Mey-Rin from the anime Black Butler (Kuroshitsuji), which you should watch if you haven't already.

The stronger you have an affinity for something, the stronger you can manipulate it. I don't know if what I have can be called an affinity. People don't really like me because... they say I can see into their souls. I haven't been able to get a permenant job because of it. Because of my eyes...
