Three teenagers, Ben, Nate, and Aria, are forced to grow up in a post-apocalyptic world in which they must fight to survive. Abandoned as a young girl, Aria now faces an eating disorder and struggles with self harm. Brothers Ben and Nate are orphaned and have joined the militia, in which their father died, and fight against the government, which took their mother. This story delves into the ideas of coping with loss, overcoming your fears, and maintaining a family.
