Being the youngest in the family sucks. It's even worse when you're the only one without a gift. That's how Harlem Vale feels. Being the only one without a gift in a very gifted, mafia involved family is like being the plague, no one wants to be anywhere near you. And it doesn't help that a stranger, one of her mother's 'friends' comes to stay with them for a while.

Anastasia is everything Harlem wants to be. From her beauty to her amazing gift, she would kill to be her. That is, until she realizes something awful about her.
