Melissa Waters is a mermaid who has seen so much. She has seen the Earth change through many years, but has never been involved in it. She has kept to herself all of her life and no one knows about the 19 year old girl living on an island that is right under their noses. Well...I wouldn't say she's 19, but I'm getting ahead of myself.

So what will happen when a certain TARDIS stumbles upon this island. Will Melissa let her walls down enough to welcome the doctor enough to tell him who and what she really is? What will happen when the Doctor "accidentally" takes her away on the adventure of her life? Will he find the cure to her loneliness?

After all, she does need a doctor...

Little did he know, 13 year old Rachel Janison was in the house, waiting to be found. Rachel is an outgoing, fearless, but innocent teenager. Well, at most times she is. The Doctor finds her trapped inside her house in the middle of a hurricane, all alone and terrified. As her and her father's house starts to slowly fall apart, he takes her into the TARDIS and takes her on a trip "until the storm passes". Everything seems like fish fingers and custard for now, but as a new companion, Rachel takes more risks then she ever did before, and the Doctor somehow recognizes her from the future.. and his past. Pale has never loved swimming or the beach, I mean yeah she would do it, but this change in attitude scares her. It not until a matter of time until she goes into the ocean and finds herself a mermaid. 14 year old Pearl has been a mermaid for her whole life. She has always lived with her mom and older sister. But one day, during a big storm, Pearl gets separated from her mother and older sister, and Pearl finds herself closer to the human world. It's not until a matter of time until these two mermaids meet and become friends. But when Pale gives Pearl a taste of a surfing competition at the human world, Pale discovers the truth that she is missing and people are preparing a reward for the people who find her. She seems to know a lot about the doctor and his enemies, which is what worries the doctor and her companions. When Jack has to come to terms with the truth about the last years, especially about his new companion, the doctor also starts to have doubts about the real reason for their reunion. -Disclaimer- I apologize if there is a spelling mistake somewhere. Just write it in the comments and I will correct it as soon as possible. This is the first Wattpad Story I have ever written so I apologize if it is bad.
