Need for Speed: Return to Rockport / Reborn - Prologue

As I was exiting out of Carbon City from a long and stressed out chase with the cops, I entered back into Point Camden. My cleanly new Black and Green BMW drove across the streets, even through the lakes alongside the oceanside. However, it had been at least 2 years since I even came to Rockport. Last time I was there the jackass, or the Cross was chasing me after winning against Razor, the leader of the Blacklist 15 at the time, and had got his BMW from the beginning of my racing career. Him and his Mustang drove me insane into racing. Of course, I was heading home to meet up with my wife, Thorne. About that time, I got a phone call from a hedgehog I knew as my friend.

"Yo," the white and red hedgehog said, "Where have you been these two years, huh?" I replied back to him, "Kenji, I've been in Carbon City trying to live in peace with my wife. Anyways, how are you doing with Dusk?" He spoke back, "Everything's been fine. Razor hasn't showed up since you roasted him in Rosewood." Of course, I had to reply back before my roommate came in. "At least he learned his motherfucking lesson. He at least got a girlfriend now." Both of us hanged up at the same time as I turned around to see Ronnie, a former member of Razor's rebel come into my room.

"Something's been going on with the cop system in Rosewood, Inferno." I looked at Ronnie with a stern look, "Been cracking down on the street racers, huh..?" He simply just nodded to me before he went into his room in my apartment. Of course, that only just made me think one thing. Do I really have to deal with these assholes again? I've at least had a real steamy time with Thorne two nights ago, nearly passing out from her blowing me off. She only knew a little bit of this cop runner chase that had happened four days earlier. I got in my BMW and drove off towards Rockport, of course living up north in Point Camden with the two. But I wasn't expecting anything like this once I saw what had happened.
