After River recovered from the gunshot that went through her head, she thought it was the end of her miseries and the beginning of a new life. Unfortunately, things turn out to get out of control with death, drugs, and alcohol according to Lars. There's also surprises that unexpectedly come and it stables life a little. River once again has to go through the hardships with the perverted ex, a groupie, and her marriage with Lars as well.
