The audacious warrior, Anastasia Tatiana Romanoff (Анастасия Татьяна Романова;Anastasiya Tat'yana Romanova), has been on the run from a group of highly trained people of a division called the Populace.
The Populace had taken the Russian beauty and her older sister, Natalia Alianovna Romanoff (Наталья Alianovna Романова;Natal'ya Alianovna Romanova), into their ruthless, notorious branches that teach young girls the art of killing.
During her most excruciating, merciless period with the cruel instructors and sadistic pupils, the lionhearted Ana became the urban legend, Midnight.
There, in that horrendous place, the only thing that kept the dauntless Russian going was the thought of seeking vengeance and freedom from those who captured her.
Years later after Midnight's escape from the Populace, her noted escapades led a certain, out of time soldier to her front door.
And together, the broken and lost duo fight for their freedom and future. In each other, they find the hope, levity, and love they've been unknowingly seeking.
