You know those times that your parents always tell you not to be afraid to follow your dreams, no matter how far away and out of reach they seem? Well, Indira's parents used to be like that. They were the caring, loving parents that everyone seemed to want. But then, something tragic happens, and suddenly they aren't the parents you want. They are suddenly the unsupportive, rude and snobby parents that a child never dreams of having. But, despite her parents change in attitude, Indira still follows her dreams, hoping they'll come true. And with a little help from a certain boy and her lyrical genius; maybe, just maybe her dreams will come true.
