This is a story about a man named Phoenix, and a girl named Rain.

You know how you have crushes through high school. It's just how high school is. But there is always that girl or boy, who is just your dream crush. You like other people, even date other people, but you know you would give anything for at least a chance to be with that person. Well Rain was that person for Phoenix.

Phoenix tried to date other girls, and he wasn't half bad at getting the girls. Out of him and his group of friends, only 3 guys really were able to get girls. the only difference between Phoenix and the other 2, Phoenix actually cared about having more than just a one night stand. He didn't treat girls like they were "game".

Rain wasn't like any other girl. She didn't really care that much about make up, even though she would wear it. She didn't wear it as much as the normal average 18 year old girl. She got up went to her college class Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Then went to just 2 classes at the high school. But what she really loved to do was sing.

Phoenix and Rain both have lots of struggles, and lots of ups and lots of downs. If Phoenix wants a shot, he realizes he has to forget himself and focus on her. But he doesn't quite understand how Rain really is.

Primrose was raised to be a perfect little girl her whole life, at a young age she was raised to perfection, kitten heels, dresses and manners of a lady. She met a boy named Xavier in preschool, a skinny little boy with glasses, she grew fond of the funny little boy and they became good friends despite his family being short of money. When Primrose was 8 and Xavier was 9 years old Xavier's Fathers business hit the jackpot and went sky high making them one of the richest families in the country. He moved away leaving primrose in her perfectly controlled life. Years passed, Xavier changed in every way possible, he got contact lenses and his hair grew darker with age and he was toned and covered in tattoos. He was unrecognisable. Primrose however hadn't changed one bit, she had light blonde hair with soft curls and bright green eyes. She still wore perfect prim dresses and kitten heels and held herself like a lady and was kind to everyone even the worst of people. When Xavier returned to his home town at 19 he recognised primrose who is now 18. However she didn't recognise him. (TW: I have made this story mature for very small reasons such as how her father treats her and her mother and it may be upsetting to some so please be mindful of this when reading the story. There is also bullying and controlling behaviour mentioned. Otherwise it's pretty PG within the book)

I know the perfect place." I nod and he pulls me behind him off the dance floor. We leave the hotel and start walking down a little path. At the end of the path I notice a little fountain surrounded by candles. I wonder if he set this up. We walk over to the fountain and we sit down on the edge. "I had a wonderful time tonight," says the guy. He reaches to his face and removes his mask. I recognize him immediately. This is a story about love and friendship. Friendship can grow so fast, it doesn't matter how long you know that person. If it's right, it's right. Kiara has always been quite lonely. She didn't know what real friendship was like. Until she met Cassandra. Cassandra was that type of friend everyone needs and Kiara was really glad to have Cassandra. They did everything together. Kiara was really depressed before she met Cassandra. She had been bullied and picked on since as long as she can remember. There wasn't even a reason for it and that makes it much worse. After a few years of good friendship, Kiara realized her love for Cassandra took a different turn, she started to have feelings and soon after, she and Cassandra got into a relationship. Life was good. Too good. After graduation, something really really terrible happened. Cassandra got into a car accident. It was really bad. She got into a really bad coma. Now it's three years later and she's still fast asleep. Kiara's life has been on pause ever since. Until- Kiara also got into an accident. Not that kind of accident though.. Kiara accidentally saw things she wasn't supposed to see. Heard things she wasn't supposed to know. The only possible option was to take Kiara with them. And that's when Kiara's life get's off pause. That's when she finally learns how to live again and finally meets people who don't enjoy picking on her. At least.. most of them.. So yeah, this story IS about love and friendship.
