Worlds Apart

Aphmau, Sky, Ross, Jin, and Barney all wake up in different dimensions. Aphmau in Minecraft Diaries, Sky in Fallout, Jin in Super Minecraft even though he never starred in it, Barney in Crafting Dead, and Ross wakes up in an empty room with portals to the dimensions. He is the only one with the memories of the past. Can he reunite everyone? Or will it be to no avail?
