People think that life is sooo easy for those in power,those with money,those who seem to be happy all the time. But once you meet me,you'll want to change your mind.
I am princess Erica Pevenskie princess of Pembroke. My Mother is dead and I'm left alone with my father,King Charles III. I'm only 17and once I'm 18 I will be Queen. My,2 year old sister Anna, is too young to know about what happened to my mother. My father has attempted to avenge my mothers death but has had no luck. I am doing my best to get revenge for my mother and once I'm queen they will regret what they have done and I will succeed. I am the Princess of Pembroke and I will lead like the supreme ruler my mother once was.

Free-spirited homebody Erica doesn't want to be queen. Which is fine, because her single, independent older sister Gemma is more than ready for the job. But their father doesn't care about any of that. He thinks a queen ought to be married and producing heirs (Yes, he really says producing heirs) if she is to take the throne. No matter how hard the girls try to convince him, the king will not budge. Gemma needs to get married at her upcoming birthday ball or he passes her over in favour of her sister being the next queen. Desperate to turn their circumstances back right-side-up, the two concoct a plan to find someone for Gemma to choose who will definitely not choose her back. Though in these times if a kingdom or even a planet has not chosen to side with the Empire they will be forced into submission. Elizabeth, firm in her parent's belief does not want to submit to the Imperial rule and risk her people. Not only that but Elizabeth has been since her coronation a part of The Rebellion by heart. Then when the inevitable of The Empire comes, she is forced to run with the knowledge she has. As Elizabeth escapes, she is fronted with stormtroopers and the dark lord himself. Elizabeth is then forced into The Empire having to give up everything. Will she still be able to still work for The Rebellion with her life on the line as well as her people? Could she ever be able to find and have feelings for another while risking them? Elizabeth life being thrown into the hands of Vader and with make-or-break choices will she find back her spark and the will to fight again? Ideal ~ This book shows the war and the way it affects everyone, and as long as the Imperial flag reigns, terror, and fear with it. It also shows what life is like for a rebellion ally if their true identity is discovered.
