A Need to Play (USWNT/Bend it Like Beckham fanfiction)

Thalia Skywalker's parents have very definite opinions on the things an 18-year-old girl should be doing. Some things on that list include studying to get into University, learning to cook and clean, and finding a boyfriend. The thing that is most definitely not on that list is playing football, which is Thalia's passion. She plays in the park with the boys until another girl presents her with a different option. Basically, it's the movie "Bend it Like Beckham" with all of the parent/daughter drama and none of the friend/friend drama. And for the benefit of all, when I say "football," I mean "soccer."
