Brooklyn Nova didn't have an easy childhood. Her mother passed away when she was young, her and her older brother moved out of their father's house when she was 15. She's in her junior year of college and she's living her life to the best. She's been dating her boyfriend for a year and some months and she's happy with him. Or at least she was until the night before their 2 year anniversary when she caught him cheating on her. In comes Josh Flynn to her rescue. Josh has been in Brooklyn life for years. He's Brooklyn's brother's best friend. Brooklyn and her brother moved in with Josh's family when she was 15. That was when she found out that Josh's dad was the leader of the well known mafia in town. Josh has known since he was young about his family's background. He was well prepared when his father passed away after he turned 18. He took his dads place and moved into a house with Brooklyn and her brother. Brooklyn and Josh always argue and tease each other. They don't hate each other but they don't really get along. The day Josh finds out that Brooklyn's boyfriend hurt her he comes up with a plan to get revenge. A game they will play to get back at Brooklyn's ex. How long will the game last until someone looses? Who will be the one to loose Brooklyn, Josh, or Brooklyn's ex? A game that's supposed to be fun and simple turns complicated in so many levels.Complete

I Fell in Love with a Bad Boy
CRINGE WARNING! First book I ever wrote on here!! -- "Sometimes the person who you are willing to take a bullet for is the person behind the gun." I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest. They say the blood runs deeper than water, and I believe it, because even though the people that we love can turn on us and begin to hate us, they are only human, meaning that soon they will begin to see how short life really is and how it is not to be wasted. People who seem perfect and they look like they have no floors'; they are the people who are suffering, like I was. But I found my savior in the most uncommon place. He was able to look through my mask, he saw the cracks, and tried to fix the broken girl that hid away deep inside the girl who only wanted to be seen as 'fine'. I slowly began to find comfort and safety in him, and I did the same to him. We were two broken people becoming whole. Someone once said when you pass, if you can count your true friends on one hand you are beyond lucky, and I even though I did not like the person that lay before me, I know that he once had true friends, including me. I'm a 17 year old girl who has suffered more than any other, beginning to believe that 'Hope' was just another word the people throw around. Until I fell in love with a badboy. What is driving her insane though is that he's only too cold when it comes to her. After some not so pleasant moments and lots of glares, she tells herself that the best is to stay away from him, but it won't be that easy. After a disastrous kiss and hidden jealousy, she finds herself deeply involved into what is this frustrating boy. Add to that the fact that he is her roommates' childhood best friend and you can see drama from miles away. Noah claims to hate her ever since they met, and he doesn't mean her first day of college. He remembers her just fine from a couple of years ago and all the feelings are back. He knows she doesn't remember him and he'll use this as his leverage to do what he has to do. It's what he promised his father and himself, even if it means he has to pretend to care for her. All he cares is his family business. At least it's what he tells himself, until the feelings start getting too mixed and he ends up thinking of her more than he should. Maybe it's not all about business after all.
