When there is a dark omen in the room with you, Sometimes you cant help but follow its path. Seventeen year old Amelia will not stop until she finds the truth to the growing madness. Cedar groves, is the kind of town you'd see in a travel pamphlet sitting inside a cubie at a truck stop. Waiting among the other pamphlets, yet for some reason this one stands out. Everything a family would buy into for the perfect destination getaway. A town perfect for Amelia's mother. Never mind the growing cases of missing cats, the lakeside view is just to die for. Born and raised by the rocky beaches of North Carolina was all she known. That was true until two weeks ago.
