Charlotte May Toro is the name, but everyone calls my Char. The only ones who can get away without a black eye from calling me Charlotte are my parents. You have probably made the connection with my last name by now, and to answer your question, yes I am Ray Toro's younger sister. I am 19 and my brother Ray is 3 years older than I am and very protective. And before you ask, no I have not met his band. He won't let me get within 15 feet of his band mates or even attend a concert. But I plan to change that.
