A little girl sits in the moving car, tears streaming down her cheeks as her mother desperately tries to console her. This girl has experienced trauma greater than many her age, her father had been brutally murdered.
As she says goodbye to her childhood home, her friends, her family, and her pack, she wonders whether life would ever be the same. Whether they could be happy.
***
Melanie: A naïve girl. Her only knowledge on werewolves is that she is one, and that her parents were ones too.
Christina: A mother grieving over her husband's death. She only tells her daughter what she wants her to know; that she is a werewolf.
Jack: An unaware boy. He knows nothing of the werewolf world, only that he turns into this giant beast when he is angry.
Mate: A simple concept, yet neither Melanie nor Jack know the meaning of this powerful word.

This is what happens when fates collide.

Call Wolf

18 parts Complete

Maria can't explain what she is or what she's done. After all, it shouldn't be possible for a human to conjur fire from nothing but pure will, but that hasn't stopped her before. She can't remember how she ends up bloodied, beaten half to death on a deserted doorstep in the middle of the night, but she can remember him, bringing her in. He's a little reserved but she doesn't mind, especially as they have something in common: neither one is supposed to exist outside of nightmares and folklore. Few people know Maria exists. All of them want her dead. None have felt the wrath of her new friend yet. This is an impossible story and you'd do best pretending you've never heard it.
