A "Choose Your Own Adventure" if you will! It is up to you as the readers to determine the actions of Quinn York. I don't know how this story will turn out, and I'm excited to see what path it takes. Will Quinn be a fearless raider killer or will he become the most horrible human being on the planet? THE READERS WILL DECIDE - HIS FATE IS IN YOUR HANDS!!! **Please comment at the end of the chapter about which action you vote for to make it simpler for all of us. For those who've read my other story, you're going to recognize the OC, and you've found me out: she's my go-to gall. I love using her in my fandoms, so if you enjoyed watching her grow in her first fic, I guarantee you'll love watching her in this one, too.&nbsp; This time around, though, she's facing something perhaps far more dangerous. What happens when two heavily interconnected societies suddenly go to war out of nowhere? What happens when that war lasts for over 6 years? What happens when one side of the war is completely cut off from their home world? Kalimaria is a planet that was discovered a long time ago. Through ancient portal technology the planet was discovered by humans and earth. The inhabitants of this planet were a race of anthropomorphic alien creatures that resembled what most people in the modern age call "anthros" or "furries." Humanity, despite everything, managed to coexist and even integrate this highly intelligent alien species into our society and also help bolster the Kalimarian world's own technological advancements. For over 80 years the two species coexisted with only minor skirmishes between humans and Kalimarians occurring. That is until the war happened. A war that many question the true motives behind. Was it to protect the sovereignty of the Kalimarian species and its people? Was it to gain power and influence over people of the planet? This no one could truly answer. The war however started and all of humanity on that planet was stuck there as the portals that once allowed free travel between the two worlds was shut down. Scott Caine, a once proud member of the U.S. Army was now stuck here with the forces that had been cutoff from earth and the United States. A young man who had been forced to do things he shouldn't have had to do. A man given little choice in what life brought him.
