Charity is alone. She's only eighteen. Not only that, but she is trying to survive the death of her friend, Ariana. Two things separated the girls; Charity is human, and Ariana wasn't. She was, in fact, a werewolf. Charity is one of the few humans in the world now. All others were turned into vampires, werewolf's, or zombies. Charity felt so broken at the loss of her last friend. That is, until Markie showed up. One thing; Markie is half human, half zombie. He has a cold heart, but it still beats. Charity has a heart for Markie. Markie has an eye out for her.
