Un château au-dessus des nuages est envahi par une bande de bandit immortel. La seule et unique personne qui peut sauver le château de leur invasion se fait tendre au piège et est jetée dans les bas-fonds de la montagne ou réside le château. 

Son nom est CYPHERS, un immortel de quatre milles ans qui va, après tant de siècle passés, affronter de nouveau les démons de son esprit et s'allier avec des ennemies du passé. Et malgré sa quête trop importante, il va s'enfoncer dans un conflit opposant les trois flammes les plus destructrices qui existent.
