After an incident at his old school, Oliver Villa moves from Lancaster England, to hyperactive New York City to Crestmont boarding school. When he gets there, almost automatically his roommate Jake Macintosh, the most popular guy at the school, and openly gay, takes an intrest in him, so Oliver tries to hide everything from his past, but with the massive PTSD, its hard for him to do so.
Jake is great at reading people. He always knows if someone is lying or telling the truth, and so he wants Oliver to open up to him. To let him in. This boy, who he has developed feelings for quickly, is broken, and there's nothing he can do to help him.
