Satsujin Asylum is a place on a small unknown island somwhere on the Pacific Ocean where the most dangerous serial killers are kept, separated from other parts of the world. Hasami is only 14 but he's already a patient there too since he was 12. One day a strange man helps him escape that hell hole but not for free, of course. The boy is supposed to murder once again what he happily says yes to.
Jason Sayers is an avarege high school student. He's not the smartest person on Earth and he's not exactly kind either but he's good at sports. One day, he meets a strange boy who he eventually let to move into his home.
