A promise is a promise. Promises mean everything. Once a promise is broken, so is the trust. The trust the two people have for each other. One person is left broken, the other is either inconsiderate or feels accountable for the damage. It depends on the person. A promise can be small or big, but what you chose to do with it, will either affect it in a poor method or a genuine one.

"Hey D-Donnie..?" 12 year old (Y/n) peeked into the young purple masked turtles room.

"Yeah (Y/n)?"

"I-If.. Erm.." she stuttered she had a small crush on the purpled masked turtle

"You can tell me anything (Y/n), you know that." he said softly.

"If you don't.. Erm.. If you haven't found anyone in 10 years.. Do you wanna.." her cheeks were tinted with a small blush, her words got stuck in her throat.

"Do you wanna..?"

"Erm.. Get married..?" she covered her face embarrassed and realized it may have been a stupid question.

The young turtle stayed silent for a moment before he answered, "Sure!"

"Really?"

"Yeah!"

"Promise?"

"Promise."
