Life as a Winchester isn't easy. Especially when you're the youngest, and the only girl. Hi, I'm Marry Beth. Marry Beth Winchester. I was named after my mom who died when I was a baby. John, my dad, gave me to Dean and told him to get Sam up and run when he seen my mom pinned to the ceiling. Dean did as told. I'm sixteen. Sam is twenty-four, and Dean is twenty-six. With mom dead and John not in our life we're all each other got. I love my brothers. I really do, but sometimes, excuse me most of the time, they get on my last nerve. They treat me different. They act like I'm a little kid. They're over protective, but I wouldn't want them any other way. We may not get along most of the time, but it's okay no sibling does. Dean is a pain in my mother loving ass. Sam gets on my nerves with his smartness, but it's okay because we're family. Or I thought anyway. Turns out I couldn't be more wrong.

All Freya had known, her entire life was pain, in one shape or another. Physical pain, from all the days spent in the foster care system, emotional pain from the death of her parents and older brother... She carried her scars like badges of honor. She had known right from the start that she wasn't like the other kids. Sometimes, when she got angry, her fingernails got really sharp, or sometimes, if she clenched a glass just a little too tightly, it would shatter. She could hear the conversations of her neighbors four houses down, she could smell the chocolate bar, still in the wrapper, in the pocket of her jacket downstairs, and she could see in the dark, just as well as she could see during the daylight, but she never knew why. Her parents and older brother had been killed when she was five. The only thing she still had from them was her mother's journal. It didn't give her a lot of information on who or what she was, but she did learn all about everything that goes bump in the night. Ghosts? Easy, salt and burn them, baby! Demons? Holy water and exorcisms. But there was one thing in her journal that didn't make sense. The name John Winchester, a phone number, and the simple phrase that says, "Freya, find him." So when she turned 18 and she was turned out of the foster care system, she decided to start looking for him. She wouldn't find him until five years later, completely by accident, when she was trying to catch a few hours of sleep on a small bridge on the way out of a small town called Jericho, California.

Imagine your life spun upside down and into a world that you didn't know existed. After being rescued by The Winchesters, you start a new life...living in the bunker with them and hunting with them. You find yourself needing to move on as you realize your feelings for the older Winchester is becoming too much for you. Do you try to bury the feelings and continue living in the bunker as a little sister to The Winchesters or do you find the courage to move on and forget you ever became one of The Winchesters? *This takes place after the series finale-except Dean is alive. ***Preview "What do you think about Dean? Are you like in love with him?" Sarah asked, tilting her head as she studied me. "I mean, you two are living together and sleeping together." I shake my head with a nervous laugh, "No, that's because I have nightmares from my kidnapping and I get scared. We aren't like actually sleeping together...you know, like sex.. no, no...that would be, well no." My over exaggerated defense does not go over well with Sarah. I know if I meet her gaze my cheeks will flare. "It wouldn't be so bad if you did. Just might want to do something before anyone else comes into the picture," my friend advised me. "And you are living together. You've been living with The Winchesters for several months now despite the fact that now you have a steady job at the university." "I guess it is time for me to find me a place of my own," I shrugged, staring mindlessly at the light brown liquid in my mug. I sip my coffee and take a look around the coffee shop. A couple sits in the far corner all cozied up. An elderly man and woman sit just a few tables away from me and Sarah. I longed for love like that, but it's not best for me to get into a relationship after all I've been through. I now know there is another world out there and the less people who know about it, the safer it is for everyone.
