With the looming war with the other realms in sight, the government has formed a new organisation to recruit reliths who are people with two abilities to train them and to fight in the war. People have been trying to escape the hands of the organisation as they have learnt about what they do to the reliths. The reliths go through various experiments in order to enhance their abilities.
