I got inspired by a tumblr post by Writing Prompts to create this story. 

"What if your fears became your superpower?"

Artemis wants Oliver out of the apartment by the end of the week, but trouble is afoot and she might need his help. A chemical compound accidentally dropped into the water supply of the city has people developing superpowers in relation to their phobias. Pretty soon the good guys are outnumbered, and a evil genius is their only hope in stopping the bad guys.
