When Alisa Adams (horse shifter) turns sixteen she wishes for a beautiful stallion that she can settle down with, have a foal or two.
But it seems that luck isn't always on her side.
Captured on her birthday and given to a soon-to-be-Alpha as an early birthday present. Mr Alpha Jr seems bent on breaking her but the bullheaded buckskin has other plans.
On his seventeenth birthday she decideds to go-for-broke and shifts into her human form, hoping the acidic smell of alcohol will mask her scent.
Of course, luck once again wasn't on her side as she was captured in human form.
I guess the plus side to all this is that she found her mate.
Now only to tell Jr Alpha Zaiden that his mate was actually his birthday present that escaped.
