Made in the Moment

Her life wasn't an easy one. Her parents split when she was eleven years old. Her mother became angrier, snappy. Her dad became an alcoholic and brought in what would be her step mother. Nobody understood what she went through at home. For at school she was well liked by many, she could talk to anybody and make them smile. What they didn't know about her was that the smile she puts on isn't a true smile. Yes things are funny and things can make her smile, but deep down she was never truly happy, until she met him.

He had a rough start to life too, his parents split when he was young also. He had a hard time adjusting to the way his new life was going. From that moment he hasn't been truly happy either. His mother strict, family a mess. He loves them all the same but wishes that they would learn to sort through their damn issues. He had friends, he had a smile on his face some of the time but that smile didn't go very deep. Not until he met her.

Her name was Alice, she was seventeen years old, she decided to go to a small coffee shop for her morning brew...

His name was Parker, he was eighteen years old, he decided that morning that he wanted a chocolate chip muffin, and they had the best ones at that small coffee shop down the street...
