Fairway, Ohio is a small town, with simple people. Theres a few grocery stores, a dollar store, some gas stations. Theres the middle school, the high school, the Y, where people go to swim when it gets smoldering hot and to workout when they aren't working. There are fields, train tracks, and a map of twisting, winding roads. And at the corner of two of those streets, just on the outskirts of town, sits a little diner.
Perry's is the oldest still running business in Fairway, with the kind elderly Mr. Perry Lewis himself. It's a small and shabby little diner, that was once a poorly kept corner store, supposedly, before Perry had bought it.
Perry's is nothing special, in fact, it's so ordinary that it's almost painful, with its red tables and red cushioned booths and white walls; but for the townspeople of Fairway that see it as more than just another spot in their small town, Perry's is the best place to eat in town.
Especially if youre getting breakfast.
Especially, Perry's pancakes.
