Everyone knew the rule, but many people still broke it. The rule was simple, and many said, that the rule was good. The rule was that you were only allowed one child per family, and it was a necessary law too. With oxygen supplies slowly depleting, a smaller population was necessary.
But the question was, what were you supposed to do with all the rule-breakers children? And that question was how The Elimination Trials began.

I love the beginnings of stories. Whether it be a book or a movie, I enjoy the opening scenes the most. Because they hold all the promises of what is to come; unburdened by commitment or baggage. Beginnings are full of hope. This story is an exception. Because the beginning of it is a sad one. It's the ending, however, that makes this story worthwhile. Brothers
Older brothers. I have more than people could handle. I have 8 brothers. Well one is my twin, but surprise surprise he likes to make it known that he is older. Sometimes it sucks being the only girl, but I wouldn't change it for the world. My name is Alora. I am 14 years old and a freshmen in high school. People think that my family is perfect and that we have never had anything bad happen to us. We lost our mom over 9 years ago. I also had something bad happen to me, but I will get into more detail in the story. This book is just for fun.
