Mirage

Djan is a boy, pale-skinned, loving of the opposite gender, and cis. All his life, he has supported those who are not at all like him. However, all he gets in return is hatred, hatred for the actions of his kind. But then, at the tender age of 16, he meets Cassie, and he might just be in luck.

Cassie is a girl, dark-skinned and lesbian. From the moment she was born, she faced bullying and harassment from her peers because of who she is. She managed to pull through secondary school, shaking off the bullying and with a smile on her face. But then, as she enters sixth form, she discovers a new entity: Djan.
