A Heart Turned Fullmetal

It is 20 years after the fall of the Homunculi, and the Elric brothers are living peacefully within the heart of their hometown, hoping that peace has finally been brought to the sleepy town of Resembol. Alphonse Elric and Mei Chang are blessed with an 8 year old daughter, Emma, who is skilled in the art of "no circle" alchemy, but are grief stricken when their young son is torn away from them due to a fatal illness. With her family's happiness at stake, Emma takes a chance and decides she must do whatever it takes to make her parents happy again, even if it means committing herself to an illegal act: Human Transmutation. She believes she fails in resurrecting her younger brother, but actually succeeds in bringing him back from the dead. A few years later, she becomes enlisted as a state alchemist and hears of a dark alchemist skilled in the art of crimson alchemy, killing millions of people all across the nation.
