There's a bit of a backstory behind this story. In English class, we were to write stories based on elements of Diego Rivera's Dream of a Sunday Afternoon in Alameda Park. As there were two men with ballons in the fresco, I decided to focus on them. I really like this story so I decided to post it. I hop you enjoy it as much as I do!
