"My Lord, you cannot be serious." She protested in her typical monotone.

"I assure you that I am, my Lady. I want his head...then once Thror and Thrain are gone, we may yet have that mountain." Thranduil said in his own emotionless tone, glaring down at her.

"For what? Jewels? Cold, soul-lacking things? Laskelem would-" Thranduil cut her off.

"DO NOT SPEAK HER NAME!!! You know not of my pain, elfling!! My agony!!!" Thranduil bellowed through the cavernous halls.

"Oh, don't I?" She raised a brow.

Oriana is the youngest daughter of the Lady Galadriel and Lord Celeborn, a nomad in Middle Earth. Thranduil asks of her to trick a king to his death...will she do it? Or find something more down the road?
