He spent his youth making himself look scary either by dressing up as the Swamp Thing or something of his own creation. And even though he really loved watching creature features. He really enjoyed watching WCW and WWE growing up. After graduating from the University of Idaho. He went into Professional Wrestling and used his talent with makeup and his size and strength to his advantage. When he was picked up by WWE and placed with the NXT UK roster. He had some difficulty making friends with anyone. And Dominion didn't make it any easier. Until he had enough and went after them and did what most people considered impossible. He ripped the door of Dominion's locker room off with his bare hands thereby living up to his nickname of 'The Creature'. Ever since they've had difficulty in finding him an opponent. He did have a gym buddy in the form of Rhea Ripley. She always found his raw power intriguing and was amazed by how much he could lift. When she started going after the NXT Women's Championship. She took him with her and he doesn't let her down. To some people in the NXT UK roster and even the NXT roster. It seemed that Daniel had a crush on Rhea. That was proven at a taping at Full Sail.
