What If? Is about a young girl on a planet named Refero, matched and paired with her best friend, Weston. Once she keeps nagging her parents about her theories, they finally snap and tell her to stop speaking her mind.

Her theories end up being true, and with the help of a federal agent for the Founder and her best friend Weston, she is thrown on an action-packed adventure with romance and mystery, in an attempt to exploit the Founder.

Time to find out for the better or for the worse himself. If this boy doesn't find out why he could end up in prison for years for something he doesn't ever even remember doing.
