TRIGGER WARNING. I ALSO DO NOT CONDONE SELF HARM AND/OR SUICIDE. THIS IS PURELY TO COPE.
this book is just some blurbs i wrote to cope with my poor mental health. 5sos/luke make me feel so much better about it so i decided to write the little stories i make in my brain when im especially mentally ill and i need to cope. this is basically blurbs where luke helps y/n cope with mental shit. it could go from depression to self harm to anxiety to depersonalization. i feel kinda uncomfy with writing about illnesses i dont have (such as ADHD and schizophrenia) so i will mainly write about depression, anxiety, depersonalization, anxiety attacks, self harm, breakdowns, etc. idk how regular i will update, being that im pretty fucking mentally ill and cant write very well, so you probably dont wanna rely on a regular schedule. please dont report me also. this book is for me to cope, and for you to feel better about yourself. sometimes we need some help. thats okay. here are some resources: 1 (800) 273-8255 (USA) // http://www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org/ // TEXT "GO" TO 741-741 for suicide/depression confidential texting convos

Letter Writers Series: Book 1 Dear Luke, Do you know how annoying friends can be? I Suppose you must, considering you live with your three best friends. Anyway, I don't want to do this, but my friends are making me. I don't want to bother you with my personal life, and honestly, the only reason I'm doing this is because I doubt you'll ever actually read these. Lyra's lucky number is two. Why? She has two parents. Neither care for her. She has two friends. They're the reason she doesn't cut. In the last two months things between Lyra and her parents have gone from bad to worse. It only took her friends two days to realize this. And it only took two weeks for them to come up with the Letter Project: She would draw two names out of the bag and choose one. Lyra will write two letters and after that she will have two weeks to decide whether she will continue to write the letters or not. She decides to continue, and that decision will change her life. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Warning: Will have self destructive thoughts near the end and triggering thoughts as well. Please be cautious if you are sensitive to possible reminders or causes of relapse. If you do cut, burn, or do any other kind of self harm, please, feel free to PM me if you ever need someone to talk to, or just someone who will listen. I may not personally know you, but I truly do care. I'm always available, (it's not like I have a life...) and would love to be there to remind you that yes, there may be people who insult you, and hurt you through out life, but there are also people like me who care, and would like to become your friend. I know how you feel, and even though I have never cut, there have also been times when I seriously considered it, as well as suicide. I'm always willing to listen, give advice, or just be a 'shoulder' to cry on.
